Why can't I keep advancing in raids?

The number of consecutive attempts (action points) of battles is limited to ten, and each time you start a battle, one attempt point is taken away. You can see how many attempts you have left in the attempts panel.

When you spend them, you can either wait for them to restore (you get 1 per hour), or buy them by pressing on the plus sign near the attempts panel.
